How is that due to race mixing? When most marriages and kids are the same.

Are you referring to whites that are mixed with various European cultures?

My nephew is half white and black. His cultural values are more suburban due to his up bringing.

I think you are using bad numbers here. Mixed half white and black kids are still a big minority compared to white mixed European kids.
