An Honest prosecutor would/should have said that the "ballot changes" WOULD NOT be that signifcant due to the time frame to get them done...

NOTE: To print the ballots a states needs IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, they would use HIGH SPEED PRINTERS THAT CAN CHURN OUT A BALLOT EVERY 2-3 SECONDS...James is just taling out her fat ass!!!!!
