Alright, fren. I can't answer your specific question, but I can tell you a couple of things. First of all, my condolences and prayers are with you. Please try to stay calm for HER sake. Lean on God. If you don't know Him, it's a good time to get to know Him.
Secondly, be very, very, very careful with the horse paste. Not all brands are purely ivermectin. Some contain a secondary ingredient which is meant for animals.
Secondly, you might be able to get an actual, safe, human prescription for it from a doctor. Insist to him or her it's "worth trying" if he considers her terminal, anyway. Another option is to call a compounding pharmacy in a state where ivermectin can be sold without prescription and see if they will ship to you.
Lastly, do an internet search for Joe Tippens. He is the man who was able to cure his stage 4 cancer by using Fenbendazole. It's a veterinary medication. There are interviews of him online telling his story.
