How the F do I know their base pay? Why would I know that?
My friend works there and has for 30 years...he makes $145k and probably works around 70-85 hours depending on when there's back to back ships to unload.
I'll let him know that a guy on the Internet got on assdoor and says you're full of shit... GTFOOH. You're cracking me up over here...
They don't make "salary", they're hourly...Busy port they work a lot of overtime....so much for muh snopes. 😐
But that is their base pay. Snopes?
Salary.com again:
"As of Sep 16, 2024, the average hourly pay for a Longshoreman in Michigan is $15.40 an hour."
Whoah big time! If they are working that much overtime I think they deserve at least what your friends make.

I didn't ask you that. You seem to be having a little spazz-out there. Don't reply to me again.

Fuck that. This isn't Reddit.
You posted bullshit off the Internet vs 1st hand account of what someone doing this work actually makes ... At a REAL coastal port I might add.
Then you quote a longshoremen's base pay from Michigan... You got off of jerkoff salary.com
What a gaping ahole. Go back to Reddit.
