Gadzooks you pedes are nit picky! The FN character in the book is a male….unless you wanna trans him? What I am saying is that if an individual is influenced by money to abandon his or her morals, and didn’t budge until the deep stater came along with the right price to get him or her to sell their souls, then yeah…you can say it is the love of money…and it is a character flaw in the individuals. Doesn’t matter how good they were before that point, they loved money more & thus making money evil poison to the weakness in their own life. They weren’t solid & the money wasn’t good for them. Anything can be evil or poison to the weakness in the individual. That statement he/she makes ….”no man may be smaller than his money.” The money is an evil to the small unawakened man.
Ayn is a woman...
The love of money is the root of all evil. Not money itself...

Hey ... just so you know... the character in the book is a man. It's the author that's a woman.
Just thought I'd mention that in case you weren't sure...
