Sheriffs in Arizona Counties Refuse to Enforce State Law Making it a Crime for Migrants to Illegally Cross into the U.S. if Pass...
Arizona sheriffs are causing a political firestorm by refusing to enforce a proposed state law that would criminalize illegal crossings at the Arizona-Mexico border.
Moor point, the Dem whore gov thief will never sign such a bill into law.
She already vetoed a law put through legislation. This law will go into effect if the people vote it into law on November 5. That completely bypasses cartel ho Katie.
Disregarding the Democrat Sheriffs crying racism. The ones gripping about a lack of resources and bearing the costs. Do have a point. Many of the Border Counties aren’t exactly swimming in money, equipment or jail space. And if they’re supposed to tangle with the Cartels. Which is what them cracking down on the immigration would inevitably lead to. They’ll probably need some heavier equipment and more manpower. Not to mention funding to offset increased overhead.
True. But Trump will be coming in right after this law goes into effect, which means Arizona should get the financial support it needs and the legal authority to police its own borders and not always wait for freaking DHS to do their job.
Arizona needs a Sheriff like Joe Arpio back.
All reasonable arguments.
Yes true, but the states have to start somewhere to be able to police their own borders without having to wait on the federal government to do it (which right now they're not). If the law is voted in the funds will have to be appropriated by the state legislature to support it. Hopefully, Trump will be back in office to also support Arizona in helping to keep illegals from flooding into our state.
Imagine having to criminalize something illegal.

Proposition 314, set to appear on November’s ballot, seeks to empower local authorities to arrest and prosecute migrants who enter the U.S. illegally.'
Um...how about we fire these guys and lock them up? Sounds like a good idea.
Fox guarding the henhouse?
Easy, take them to the airport and fly them to the farthest airport away from US in their home country.
