Heard on WMAL a few minutes ago, mail in ballots are available now, if you request one and change your mind and wish to vote in person, there will be delays at the poll.

Right. I'm sure there'll be delays regardless.

Didn't catch the state but either VA or MD.

What a concept! Actually requesting a mail in ballot!! In a week or so they begin throwing mail in ballots at me (in NV) even though I don't vote by mail. Wonder how many I'll get this time?
