At 11:00 a.m. it was beautiful outside with a breeze sunny not a raindrop had hit us yet it was not near us yet. However the streets were already filling up with water in a sunshine at 11:00 they said the force of the hurricane in the Gulf was pushing water into Tampa Bay. That's why there was all the destruction where it did not hit land. Again everybody flooding that never flooded before. The governor said people will get 6-7,000 from FEMA they will not be made whole and he wanted that out there right away. Thanks for retired they can't afford to fix their house that will have to sell it. That is regentrification of an area.

Hurricanes are born in the water and that is where they get their continuing fuel for energy. It is when they hit land with a smash they break up with great destruction from hitting land and being off the water.

Why is this thing traveling around the country as a hurricane? The last I heard Helena was on her way to Ohio!
