Same strategy used by the Brazilian Cumunist regime during the extreme may 2024 flooding of a entire state in the South ( Rio Grande do Sul) the only help that came was from private donors, helicopters.Military said their helicopters could not operate during rain!!!Trucks delivering donated goods where stopped. Until today, OCTOBER! no help from the leftist Gov! BASTARDS! We still do not know how many people died!
