WELLLLL...I'ill tell ya' NOW...FEMA is going to be going by the wayside and under new management...I would hazard a guess that it will be made into something else NOT having ANYTHING TO DO WITH DISASTER RECOVERY...

NOTE: WHY DO WE HAVE FEMA? State/Local Governments can handle things JUST AS LONG THERE IS A FEDERAL OVER WATCH OFFICER ON HAND TO SEE THINGS ARE DONE RIGHT...Simple solution to a GIANT PILE OF MANURE CALLED FEMA!!! SHRINK IT UNTIL IT STINKS THEN SHRINK SOME MORE1!!!!!
