An American writer who relocated to Germany some years ago now is facing up to three years in jail for violating that nation's censorship rules.

I am still amazed that any case of prosecution like this can be successful, because it says ON THE BOX that the 3=-M masks do NOT stop a virus which means they do not work and never have. Can lawyers Read?
