The one and only Kommublabla. Something tells me this is the REAL October surprise.

I understand the frustration over relief efforts for Helene, but I think there are some important issues that need to be addressed on what you've said.
Neither the President nor the Vice President are in charge of FEMA. They nominate someone for director, and the Senate confirms them.
They also don't have any control over the budget. Congress is in charge of that. Each year they allocate a budget for FEMA operations. It's not just one giant slush fund that people can draw from at will. Different departments have set budgets. Disaster relief has a set budget. Providing aid to people crossing the border has a separate budget.
It's a misconception that Harris or Biden or anyone else is taking money away from hurricane victims and giving it to illegal aliens crossing the border. They can't just raid other department's budgets. These budgets and funds are approved when congress makes their yearly budgets. The President can divert funds to emergency situations, but there's a process to it. There's a record of it. It's not as simple as dipping your hand into one bank account and putting it in another. Harris, as Vice President, is not capable of diverting funds, as far as I know. And, as far as I know, Biden has not diverted any funds from disaster relief to go to dealing with people at the border, or anyone else. Please remember this, because it will be important later in my comment.
All emergency natural disaster relief recipients get basically the same amount, no matter where they live or how financially well off they are. So someone living at the poverty level in Maui, where the cost of living is insanely high would get basically the same amount of relief money for the Hawaii wildfires last year as a multi-millionaire in NC (where the cost of living isn't nearly as high) would get for Helene. Yeah, it's not fair. It never has been.
I'm curious, is this the first time you've taken this much interest in FEMA relief? Because if you know anything about FEMA, it would be that they have always been collosal fuck ups. They have screwed up virtually every natural disaster relief efforts they've ever been involved in. If you really want to see how pathetically inept they are, go read up on how they did during Katrina.
But here's the thing, since FEMA fucks up everything they do, no matter who is President or Vice President at the time, using their response to Helene to criticize Harris is nothing more than a convenient opportunity to bash a politician you don't like.
The liberals did the same thing with how FEMA fucked things up when Trump was President. Do you not remember all the problems with getting aid to NC in 2019 for Hurricane Dorian? Or Puerto Rico in 2017 from Hurricane Maria?
Remember when I talked about Presidents being able to divert funds for emergencies earlier in my comment? This is where it comes back up. Right before Hurrican Dorian hit, Trump diverted funds from natural disaster relief to the efforts to send illegal immigrants at the border back to Mexico or wherever they were from.
So when Dorian did hit, there was a problem with funding, because Trump had diverted funds.

I'm not posting any of this to criticize Trump's actions while he was President. Neither the President nor the Vice President is in charge of everything FEMA does, and they have to make tough decisions sometimes. It doesn't matter if it's Trump or Biden (or in the case here, Harris, even though she's not President).
I'm posting it because I'm not sure if people are completely unaware of this, or if they've forgotten, or if they're aware, but hold double standards.
Because here's the issue, as soon as you start making the same claims you made above to a normie or a liberal, they're likely going to tear you apart, pointing out the issues Trump had during his first term. All that is going to just push any potential fence sitters or wavering liberals yet further away.
I'm not trying to criticize you or offend you or anything negative. I'm pointing out that you're not quite as well informed about this issue as you could/should be. Especially if you're going to be discussing it with anyone outside of Q/MAGA.
And this next bit is not about you, but a huge issue that needs to be resolved. If you're not 100% convinced that you're well informed on an issue (and by well informed, I mean that you've studied the issue from not only our side, but the other side as well. Even if it means you have to read things from MSM.), please, please, please for the love of Jesus, do not get in front of a camera and microphone at any sort of rally or Q/MAGA/GOP type event.
Because it is absolutely mind boggling how many anons/MAGAs have done just this, only to show up on countless websites when the person with the camera and mic walked them into "gotcha" type scenarios where they were made to look incredibly ignorant and/or hypocritical. That is something that we don't need right now. Well, we never need it, but we especially don't need it now. If you doubt what I'm saying about this, feel free to go over to YouTube and look up Rebel HQ or the Daily Show or the Young Turks. There are so many of these types of videos that it's humiliating.
And I know that many people here couldn't care less if those videos exist and would never watch them. But normies and fence sitters do. And they are who we should be concerned about influencing. Not people that already share the same opinions we do.
And, just as a reminder, our conversations here are constantly popping up on Reddit boards and other social media, and is being seen by God only knows how many people that are potential Trump votes. Or potential Harris votes, depending on what they think of those videos or our conversations that are torn apart on all that social media.
