Why haven't you always seen them as an enemy? Haven't you ever heard of FEMA camps in the 90s? Shit, when I was a little kid in the 90s I heard about FEMA camps. When I was in middle school I saw the videos of the fields of never ending plastic coffins FEMA had, I think in GA if I remember correctly.
