This is a huge injustice to the American people, but also to the illegals who are actually seeking asylum. They are coming to America only to eventually be shipped off to the own countries. Also, with the amount of money we've spent on illegals, we could have sorted out a lot of their country's problems. Not that these are OUR problems to fix, just that it would have had a more positive outcome.
