I saw this live as it happened. It looked like there were some fireworks (like actual fireworks) at times coming out after from whatever was hit. Saw it on RawReporting on Twitch that has a live stream 24/7. You don't need an account to watch it. It was hit at least 2 times, there was another large explosion at a different location the camera panned to with a giant pillar of black smoke.

The bombing of two locations was legit, but the target intentions I have no idea.
