I guess so. But it's deeper than that, because they use force too. (Removing licenses from doctors that cure, arresting anyone who cures without a license.)

Saying they're brainwashed is too simple, like saying that people are brainwashed to love pasteurized milk, after lawfare and regulator-war has made it so they can't get natural raw milk even if they want it.
