Will storm ravaged areas have the infrastructure to vote? Will voting be even available for the residents in these hard hit areas? How will it affect both the Trump and Harris voters? How many thousands will be disenfranchised?

I wrote to NC gov cooper, Sen Ted Budd and others in my state about exactly this issue and voiced my opinion that the NC national guard should administer the election in mobile setups
