I have upfront personal experience in dealing with FEMA bureaucracy and employees. Totally incompetent useless fuckups would be the nicest thing I can say about any one of them.

The amount of taxpayer money and relief food medical and other material wasted is stupendous.

After the same insanity in dealing with them in two disasters I was totally done, never again.
