I have been here a bit. How do you earn a Pepe?

From what I heard they are just given out arbitrarily by the mods once they observe you long enough. I had no idea it was about post score

It seems that way. I've seen people with less than the 30k or 40k requirement who have a Pepe. I would like to post more often, but the only time I really have anymore is before I leave for work in the morning, which is hardly anything.
