I was thinking the same , the slow mode of elon jumping you can’t see the letters but I could have sworn at butler the letters were white ,, as u said , lighting !
I ordered one, they are actually really nice , the letters are a light grey silver color against the black , it looks nice , I like the never surrender as well . I’m supposed to have it in 7 days ?

Maybe it's light reflecting off of the black embroidery that makes it appear white.
