Maybe if her campaign team were doing that, but Elon is acting as 3rd party? Honest question about "is it legal". Because if the tables were turned and say Taylor Swift was doing what Elon is for Democrats, there would be plenty more calling foul. If it ain't illegal, then carry on. There will blowback on Elon regardless, I am sure.
