This dude is suspiciously cringe, fake and gay. This also reeks of comms. Who's Napoleon?
And why is this 100 pet rescue such a big story when the story of the true level of destruction is so under-reported?
Not even so much of a rescue more like evacuation to free up space in the Asheville humane society for hurricane/storm rescues.
Napoleon the pig and animal leader from George Orwell's Animal Farm? Napoleon Dynamite has been in the news lately celebrating 20 yr anniversary (Vote for Pedro!)

"Please continue not noticing the active attempt to mass slaughter and devastate American citizens so our cooperate masters may step in and scoop up the propety they'd previously been denied by those pesky 'property owners.' Instead, enjoy this feel good story about a relatively few pets who we saved instead!" - signed, the MSM.
Perfectly described situation is perfectly described
Well, hopefully they will at least first try to find their owners, before giving them to new homes.
These animals were rescued from the humane society in Asheville. They don't have owners.
Some may. Especially ones the humane society got recently. For somebody who just lost their home at least finding a beloved pet which had ran away just before the floods would bring some comfort.
Good. But People are starving and if People were the focus maybe they would not starve. Animals WILL feed themselves unless they are on a chain.
I read some comments on GA recently, people say that gunshots can be heard after a storm (the assumption is that people are shooting the pets, "putting them out of their misery")
There is also a video of a family on a farm running around during the storm trying to save as many farm animals as possible, I'm guessing they'll drown stuck in their cage/holding pen as the water level rises.
Was that Justin Rhodes? I follow his channel on y-tube. They saved all but some of their birds and their bees. They came out loosing a lot of land due to river changing course. They moved the pigs to a safer place.
