Yes, exactly, modern concrete (or just cement) over a steel core.

Thousands of years old, I think not. The whole thing is a recent fake.

Best guess- it was made in the 1960s. That's when it first started getting marketed as a tourist site/satanic temple. Did you know there was no car park or road access before then? Of course, that could be out by a few decades (no way to know) but not much longer.
