They hire activists that are one issue people to run an agency they do not understand or care to, so it becomes a lgbtq advocacy organization in this case with no care for its original purpose. In addition they see anyone that is not part of their advocacy group as the enemy, this is done on purpose by people that know what will happen when these idiots are put in charge.
