Sealed indictments seem to be a way of burying a crime, if the indictments is never unsealed. Just classify it as a "sealed indictment" and much like the Kennedy Assassination - and the treasonous criminals can live out their life as if nothing happened.

If anything CAN be abused by Gov't; it WILL BE abused by our Gov't.
