Dane is a CIA asset, purpose is to inject misinfo about weather modification into the truth community.

Blaming HAARP is a dead giveaway this is coordinated misdirection. The fact that the sun just injected way way way way more power into the ionosphere and global circuit than HAARP could ever fathom is Conveniently Ignored by so called experts in the mainstream as well as "truth" community.
