So it seems that they're speculating that each WSR-88D site is affecting its own local weather instead of simply telling us what it is seeing every 5 minutes. Because what you we are seeing in their national map are WSR-88D radars in clear air mode at night showing ground clutter. (they have different modes that the local site can adjust the radar to)

Also, how does one reconcile Q when he asks us to trust our military if they are the ones killing us? Someone please help me out here.
