Even if it's not exactly or completely accurate, the Fact Checking on it will be SO SEVERE that people will start investigating and realize that YES, the US Military and US Gov really ARE manipulating weather

Their attempt to correct Trump will hand the election TO Trump

Here in the Sierras we are dry as a desert with an unusually hot summer. No rain in the forecast until the 30th, until this morning. Suddenly now we are getting rain on Wednesday. I have always thought they control the weather, but now I think the good guys might be taking the reigns. But that rain will be quite a load off. We always are concerned about fire.
