It seems like some of these guys were unknowns, then all of the sudden they have their own show. Is it more of the same in the sporting world, "want to be rich and famous, sign here"?

Keith Olberman rose to prominence on ESPN before being fired {or maybe he quit ESPN and was subsequently fired from every job since}
