Looking for heavy metals of course. But why would this be relevant?

Heavy metal tests look for potentially dangerous metals when found at certain concentrations. Examples of these heavy metals include:

Arsenic.
Cadmium.
Chromium.
Lead.
Mercury.

Less commonly, a heavy metal test may also look for:

Aluminum.
Copper.
Iron.
Manganese.
Nickel.
Selenium.
Silicon.
Thallium.
Zinc.

Anything missing? Are any of these relevant to intravenous drugs used by alphabet agencies and their proxies?
