TP hoarding again?

I went to 2 different wally worlds in Siloam springs yesterday to get tp. Shelves were depleted. Had to buy what was avail, only 1ply and 1 pack of Charmin at the last one.

Anyone else seeing empty tp shelves? Paper towels were not empty like tp tho.

Shelves are full in Northern Nevada. Either people don't have the money to buy it or they remember the empty shelves during COVID so they stay stocked up.
