If the conditions are JUST RIGHT, jet fuel can burn at 2000 degrees and collapse a neighboring building at near free fall speed. If the conditions are JUST RIGHT.

Dry ice? Barely an inconvenience.

Jet fuel burns all the time at 2000 degrees in the hot section of a jet engine.

It just takes a lot of air. The more air,the hotter it burns,
