Doesn't matter. Project CIRRUS was a flop. And HAARP has nothing to do with weather.
Your opinion doesnt matter, go away
My opinion is based on professional technical knowledge. I think it matters more than ghost stories and popular mythology. CIRRUS was a flop; the front page of the final report says so (I read it). And HAARP is only a probe into the ionosphere, which is a vacuum for all practical purposes. I notice you do not dispute these facts.
I just dont argue with people who have only been here for 119 days bloviating over themselves, good luck in all that you do!
This is my current incarnation. I was formerly DeathRayDesigner, but had a glitch, couldn't recall my password, and had to create a new handle. I've been here a lot longer than that (not that I am boasting about it). But why should we argue over facts? It is important to keep an open mind.
Oh you know that based on your "technical knowledge" What a fool you are. As if the government wouldn't have a cover story for some of their secret weather modification. Since HAARP is so publicly known, it probably is the cover story. Either way claiming you know because of your "Professional Technical knowledge" is retarded because YOU are not privy to classified program, so you can't know. Dickhead.
I am privy to a lengthy education in physics and application thereof. There is no fact about HAARP that substantiates the fantasy being spun about it. Every part of your claim is imaginary, so pause and look in the mirror. Just because I don't know about an IMAGINARY "classified program" does not mean it exists. It does not exist because it makes no scientific sense...and there is no evidence for it.
I can't prove there are no goblins in your bedroom closet. Does that mean they are there?
