Importantly, those who actually believe they were born in the wrong body need help accepting the body they are in. Cutting their bodies in an attempt to match their mental delusions is mutilation, not "healthcare". Because gender is an immutable attribute we are born with, and attempting to physically alter it is a futile affront to God.

Probably most of those are autistic, and unable to deal with the emotional triggers caused by the new hormones, which means the autism treatments that were highlighted here in some other threads are also in order.
