Israel did formally apologize and render restitution. I guess nothing will satisfy you?
Here is my theory. Under operational circumstances, the Israelis had no idea if we were innocent observers (not a credible assumption) or intending to pass their intelligence collection along to the Egyptians, which could have been catastrophic for them. So, a rash decision was made. Rather the diplomatic risk, than the genocidal risk.
Might want to stow the Satanist libel and outright hatred.
You need to read with some circumspection. Jesus was directing his scorn at the Pharisees, not the Jewish people. Time has passed, and the Pharisees as a class are a different matter, and now the Jews have their own government, not subject to the Romans. Moreover, the Jews did NOT CALL THEMSELVES "God's chosen people." That was God speaking to the Jews through the prophets. Christians are even more "God's chosen people," through baptism and Christ's sacrifice and resurrection.
I am sorry for your family history. I have some inkling of what that can lead to. I'll leave it at that.
Me too! I was just telling someone, I've never forgotten what they did to the Liberty, and creepy LBJ was worthless.
Indeed!
