He keeps talking about "gang members" and "criminals". Does this mean he is going to like the none criminals stay because they are good people?

But his language is sounding like.

"Hey.. those Haitians who don't commit crime... they are ok to stay".

JD even said "Let's start off with the hardcore criminals first and take it from there".

That's not acceptable to me. We need all ILLEGALS to be deported.
