It seems there is a medical event at almost every Trump rally/event. I definitely understand how long of a day it can be. It just seems a little strange to me.
A man became ill the room was very hot and people in the crowd were fanning with their signs. POTUS call for a Medic and people were quiet and respectful and then they started chanting which, even a patriotic chant is extremely disrespectful...POTUS said my crew backstage can play 'Ave Maria', which he explained was played in Butler. Soon the beautiful song which is a prayer came on. Then, another person passed out and POTUS said I know it's a Security issue, but open up the doors and if anyone tries to come in they will be taken care of. 'Ave Maria' continues to play. POTUS says, we'll play songs and take our time. POTUS resumes speaking again.
I think you’re likely right. Saw another thread and someone said it’s like what you do as a parent to shield young kids from a situation, and that fits perfectly.
I have never seen YMCA played, and then Trump doesn't leave. No one else leaves. Trump says, should we just keep playing songs and hang out for a while?

You know the thought occurred to me that there could be a Security Issue outside of the building and maybe POTUS was keep the crowd inside. He kept saying things like, "We can just take our time and enjoy some music" ...he might be wearing an ear piece. Brian Glenn said it was not hot in the room and it was 50° outside. The moderators on RAV Live from Studio B were wondering about a threat outside as well. Very strange...

I just had a gut feeling and then was shocked when 30 minutes later the guys on RAV we wondering the same...we need to listen to our instincts more. God gave them to us for a reason.

When she came to the door Fred told her I know you lost you husband and I want you to know I will pay for the School Tuition of your 5 children. This man said it was his Mother's dying wish to thank the Trump's.
Brian saw POTUS speaking with his former school mate and the man was tearfully telling him the story. I'm so glad he got to fullfil his dying Mother's wish. That was a Godwink!

I totally agree with this comment thread. I think there was a threat. The staff or secret service was giving Trump hand written notes to communicate.
Trump was cool as a cucumber. He effortlessly shifted gears from questions to music like it was all planned out.
Noem looked a little spooked at the first medical event, but she kept her composure and just followed Trump's lead. Like they were dancing.
It was a memorable event because it was so rare compared to most rallies.
