GOD placed all of the earth's riches under the feet of Brown people.

Europe covers 2% of the earth's surface, the ocean covers 71%, and Antarctica covers 2.7%. The rest of the earth's surface, 24.3%, is inhabited by darker skinned people. Europe makes up a small fraction of the earth's surface, so it's logical to assume it should have a smaller portion of resources, no?
