The real question should be why would you let FEMA steal the supplies??

They have no right to confiscate anything from anyone.

They're apparently accompanied by NG under the direction of the only democrat to have won last election, governor Cooper. I believe it's the responsibility of those who took an oath to the constitution to not comply with illegal orders.
