In some places rent has doubled or close to it. Central AZ I'm paying twice what I was 4 years ago. For the same house. It's like that nearly everywhere in AZ now

It’s similar in Nashville I heard. Blue states folks flooded into affordable. Red States and they are no longer affordable.
