Having said that.... Here's a fancy new Ai contraption that can read lips for you. Would actually be a good tool for these 'bad lip reading' type videos.

upload a video of any speaker and identify inaudible speech using our Ai model

(for best results, crop to the face of the speaker and ensure the face is always in frame)
