Two things being said here. One is that if you knew that kamala was gonna pull of a steal there is a boatload of money to be made. (Would they pay out before it gets overturned) The second thing is now that you can bet on this, once a steal foes happen and payouts have happened all of the sudden there will be standing in courts because you can easily identify injured parties.
