Supreme court strongly ruled that MAGA hats are federally protected in 2018 midterms because "TRUMP WAS NOT RUNNING" and electioneering is NOT mere voting.

I printed out the 34 page scotus rule and AT POLLING SITE battled State Police, and on voice phone the State AG and main Election head for 40 minutes! I made them look up the VERY CLEAR and PRECISE SCOTUS ruling on 2018 MAGA Hats. They agreed I was right!!! They told the state cops to stand down.

I proudly wore my MAGA HAT non stop while voting, and took my sweet time leaving, smiling and laughing.

I fought the Democrat regime and won.

TL/DR: You are wrong, I gave link to a full recent 2018 SCOTUS ruling on MAGA hats... but ONLY for elections when Trump is not running on printed ballot. In 2024 many states would block you but in 2026 and later Fed law demands MAGA Hats permitted
