Polls used to be rowdy with a lot of free beer and such. They had gangs to intimidate people voting for the other party,right at the polling place. Certain people had trouble voting in the south......

Laws were passed to clean things up.

How would you like to vote were everyone has kamala shirt and signs on that work their or work in that building,and hanging around?

Laws need to be simple and apply to everyone,to work as intended,....

Qualified voters used to mean property owners. And or people of means.
