You don't know what "or" means? Come on. That separates things and doesn't join them like "and" does.

So why is the foreign UK Labor Party coming here to campaign if it is not to have an effect of influencing?

Isn't the whole point of campaigning to influence?

You said campaigning is legal and it clearly is not according to EO 13848.

Campaigning by US citizens for US elections is obviously not illegal.

What I am calling out is a foreign political party, the UK Labor Party, engaging in a US Election process.

Your bolded words covert, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful actions are followed by an or as I have quoted above.
