normally I consider 4 hour podcasts an intentional waste of time, but this one I watched twice, plus his other lectures. It matches my previous 30 years of acquired knowledge and research, up to current state of the art red light healing.
You definitely want to keep track of ones like this one. There's so much that even coming back to it in 6 months you learn stuff and connect more dots. "Orgone energy" is one to research IIRC.

i bought some cheap redlight stuff on ebay, I think it works good. I bought a terrahertz wand, and I think I got scammed.
