The lawsuit against this isn't even alleging voting fraud happened, but that it might. How are you jumping to treason?
The RNC lawsuit about this alleges the national voting registration Act might increase the opportunity for fraud.
They also complain. It might affect their spending.

However, the same law defines when you can take a voter off the rolls. It's not immediate.
If you don't vote in two federal election cycles, you're considered an inactive voter are eligible to be removed. The state then has to notify the voter that it's intending to take them off the rolls.
Because we already had precincts with more votes than voters in 2020.
