CENSORSHIP: Dominion Voting Systems issued a chilling statement today on 𝕏, reminding Americans that they are actively monitoring online discussions about their voting machines as part of "preparations for future litigation." Suggesting they're gearing up to file more defamation suits against critics.
Despite generating only about $50 million in annual revenue, Dominion raked in nearly $800 million last year from defamation settlements alone. The message is clear: speak negatively about their machines or even share someone else’s critique, and they may come after you with lawsuits.
More than 70 million Americans use Dominion machines in over 1,200 jurisdictions---including crucial swing states like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nevada. Yet, being unable to openly discuss their experiences or concerns without fearing litigation feels fundamentally un-American. The specter of losing one's home or life savings for simply sharing criticism of a voting machine is a very real—and very alarming—possibility.
In a twist of irony Dominion turned off comments to its post…
