Hmm, no Hawaii on the map. This lends credence to the idea that Hawaii is slated to be granted independence.

Also, DC has been marked as 'nullified'.

Not sure the rhyme or reason behind which cities are starred. I think that is San Antonio that is starred in Texas. Not sure what is so special about San Antonio though in this context.
