Class Action Suits are effective! From the comments I deduced that many of you guys are not recognizing that precedents need to be placed on the law books which will deter people from trying these shenanigans in the future! Remember that the Patriots had one shot to make the world better and they are trying to establish as much precedences in court for posterity!
